Really solid, seems like I get a little more juice with the same swing. I have learned to tone down my break a bit. Not lifting up even when playing 9 ball with a magic rack, just staying down and letting my arm swing like a shot.

I still don't have a clue what it is, but it definitely hits as strong as a phenolic, but with better cue ball control. I find any cue with a hard tip can break fine, it really comes down to practicing the break. Alternatively I've heard the cuetec breach is really really good as well.
